Albert Einstein once said "You can't solve a problem with the same consciousness that created it".


Therefore if we desire change in our lives, we need to learn to do things differently.  


As a health coach I am someone who is trained in various dietary theories and wellness practices that work with you to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. 


A unique difference between a health coach and a nutritionist or dietician for example is that we look at your Primary foods (the aspects of your life such as health, joy, career, finances, spirituality, relationships etc.) as well as your Secondary foods (what's on your actual plate) because when you have an imbalance in your Secondary foods there is likely an imbalance in your Primary foods and visa versa.


There is more to good health than what we eat and how much we exercise. 


My experience, education and training allow me to provide you, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals sustainably. By tuning into your bodies needs, learning how to shift your mindset and investing in yourself you can achieve the health transformations you desire!

Inside my 1:1 Coaching Programme

Inside my 6 month programme you will receive personalised holistic  health coaching, tools and support with mindset shifts. 


  • Consults- twelve online 1:1 sessions, consistently every two weeks. Each session is 50 minutes long.
  • Resources- supportive material and handouts with personalised assignments like dietary and lifestyle recommendations, recipes and more. 
  • Meet you where you're at- as your health coach I will meet you where you're at and together we are going to look ahead and see where you want to be in the future.  
  • Bio-individual approach- you will (re-)learn what nourishes your body, mind and soul.  Because what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. 
  • Goals and healthy habits- you will learn to set goals that are for you. Goals that are set from a place of "enough-ness," vs. goals that you use against yourself. Goals + healthy habits + accountability = health and wellness transformations.
  • Bespoke- together we will create a personalised plan and steps to reach those goals, allowing for regular modifications as you grow and evolve on your journey.  
  • Accountability- I will be right there beside you (your own personal cheerleader!) supporting you and keeping you accountable.
  • Celebration- we are going to celebrate the wins! This might be new for you!? But we will make the time to reflect and appreciate your progress and general  awesomeness. 
  • Establish Dreams- because girl now you've got the energy you can do anything! Look out world!
